The Problem & Challenge
Cardboard production math (reel widths, GSM, ply structure) and factory bookkeeping don't fit generic ERP software. Costing, supplier payments, and customer credit all needed to reflect the factory's real workflow.
The Engineered Solution
We modeled the factory's actual production rules directly into the system — reel width inheritance, GSM-based cost estimation, and per-client credit tracking — deployed as a responsive Flutter Web application backed by Supabase.
Operational Outcome
Live cloud ERP deployed at xprterp.web.app powering daily factory operations, expense tracking, and credit accounts on a single dashboard.
